Business Permits

A commercial or industrial development permit may be required if alterations are proposed for the exterior of the building, or even to the landscaping or parking areas.  First check out the Planning Permits page, the Guide to Development Permits or contact our Planning Department at 250-544-4209.

A sign permit is required for the construction or installation of any new sign, or the alteration or replacement of an existing sign.  More details are available here.

Filming on Municipal property requires a permit from the Engineering Department.  Details available on the Filming page.
